This adorable card is made up with a new stamp that I just purchased. The stamp company is Old Island Stamps. They have so many awesome images. The snow globe is from Memory Box. I masked off the penguins and I air sprayed with my copic markers and then embossed snowflakes over the image. The decorative paper is a piece that I found in my stash.
